Blogger Asked To Leave

by Kenneth Watkins

This is a little off topic, but felt was something that needed to be said. A blogger who worked for a Louisville paper was giving updates at the College World Series about the Cardinals baseball team and was asked to leave by the NCAA as they said it violated their rules to do that. I mean all he was doing was keeping his readers updated.

Have we gone that far when information is censored to readers about a baseball game. Seems very stupid if you ask me. Hopefully the NCAA will change their policy.

ya, the NCAA needs to keep up the times. That policy doesn’t fit in this day and age of live updates and real-time reporting.
