Billy Donovan Banned For Life?
Looks like Billy Donovan has painted himself into a corner and no real way out of it. Rumor is if Donovan does get out of his contract with the Magic he could be banned from the NBA to coach which is so stupid if you ask me. The Magics should just hire another coach and have him ready and let Donovan out of his contract and head back to Florida. Donovan made a mistake, but banning him seems really stupid if you ask me.
The Magics are in a corner themselves as if they force Donovan to coach them they will have an unhappy coach and they look bad in the public’s eyes especially since they are based in Florida where Donovan use to coach. The best scenario for boyh parties is to call a news conference and let Donovan out of his contract have a new coach their and introduce him. Donovan can stand up and walk away and both sides win.
